Our brand Heritage: From Surf Wax to Savage Scents

We didn’t start in a lab. We started on the beach.

Back when life was salty, sandy, and smelled like coconut and sun cream, we were messing around with surf wax, making things smell better just for the hell of it.

No meetings. No marketing plans. Just waves, wax, and whatever worked.

Schitt Stixx has its roots deep in surf culture. Across the world, surfers call their boards “sticks” (Stixx)— and no ride is complete without wax to keep you stuck to the deck. Back in the 90s, we made that wax. It wasn’t just about grip — it was about freedom. Wax gave surfers the balance to ride longer, fall less, and connect more deeply with the waves.

That heritage is woven into everything we do today. Schitt Stixx car air fresheners carry the same spirit of surf freedom into everyday life. At Schitt Stixx, we believe in giving back to the ocean that gives us so much. That's why we donate a portion of our profits to ocean conservation organizations. We believe in protecting our oceans for future generations to enjoy.

Our plant based cling wrap is made from Corn Starch and certified compostable to EN13432 & ASTM D6400 standard. It contains absolutely no micro plastics, and our wax cardboard box's are manufactured from recycled paper.
